Honoring educators

At Kelly Education, we are beyond grateful for our educators and support staff who work each day to provide students with the possibility for a better future. To honor the important work they do, we recognize outstanding substitute teachers, paraeducators, and support staff through our annual Substitute Educator of the Year program.

Congratulations to our 2022 Substitute Educator of the Year winners

Kelly Education is proud to have a team of amazing and talented substitute employees who are making a significant impact on learning every day. This year, we received outstanding nominations for nearly 1,100 substitute employees across the country. One thing is clear -- each and every nominee is a role model, and their contributions to both students and school staff are priceless.

We are pleased to announce our 2022 winners:

About the Substitute Educator of the Year award program

We recognize that creating a solid education experience goes beyond the walls of a classroom. It is entire academic experience and each of our education employees make important contributions to the education communities they serve. Therefore, Kelly Education expanded its annual recognition program in 2022 to include four awards in each of the following categories:

  • Substitute Teacher (K-12)
  • Substitute Teacher (PreK or Early Childhood)
  • Paraeducator (PreK-12 or Early Childhood)
  • Support Staff (K-12)

School staff can nominate outstanding Kelly employees or current employees can self-nominate, supported by reference letters from school staff. Each winner receives a $5,000 bonus, plus an additional $1,500 to donate to the school of their choice within the school district or center they are servicing.

This is a recognition program we take seriously as we fully appreciate the commitment that our employees make to both the educational communities they serve as well as Kelly Education.
