The Tools You Need

As a Kelly Educational Staffing employee, you’ll receive a free, comprehensive orientation before hitting the classroom, including district-specific training, classroom management techniques, teaching strategies and an overview of key policies and procedures, so you know exactly what to expect and what’s expected of you.

You’ll also receive a free handbook developed in partnership with Utah State University and the Substitute Teaching Division of STEDI.org. This handbook contains proven teaching methods and tips on everything from managing the classroom to motivating and rewarding students.
