Substitute Teacher Recognition
KES Substitute Teacher of the Semester
As a practice, Kelly Educational Staffing substitute teachers receive regular performance feedback from permanent teachers and school administrators. Each semester, Kelly Educational Staffing managers have the opportunity to nominate one substitute teacher for this honor based on their performance and recommendations from school personnel. From the nominees, one winner is chosen for each state. The winners each receive a gift certificate and become eligible for Kelly’s national Substitute Teacher of the Year honor at the end of the school year.
