Why should I choose KES for my school’s staffing needs?
Our goal is simple: to help you put all your time, resources, and money into what matters most—your students. We take care of the time-intensive processes involved in screening, recruiting, training, and placing qualified substitute teachers and support personnel.
Here’s some of what we can do for you:
- With our recruiting expertise and large database of prescreened and qualified candidates, you’re assured a timely response to all your substitute teacher and staffing needs.
- We reduce your payroll processing time and expense because we pay our teachers directly.
- We provide the peace of mind you’d expect of your own prescreening processes! Our orientation and background screening processes pinpoint only the most qualified candidates.
