Requirements to be a substitute teacher
The minimum requirements to be a substitute teacher with RSD is a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and write in English, and favorable results on a drug screen and criminal background checks.

• If you have enrolled in direct deposit or payroll card, we are pleased to offer you secured access to your paystubs electronically. If you choose to sign up for Kelly ePaystub, you will be able to view, print, and download your personal earnings statements from any computer with Internet access.
• Get not only your net pay but all deduction/tax details of your earnings sooner – by Thursday in most cases* – without making trips to the mailbox!
• Have a historical record of your earnings for up to 16 months from the time you sign up.
• Help to protect the environment – and your security – by eliminating unnecessary paper forms that can otherwise get easily lost or destroyed.
• If you elect to participate in Kelly ePaystub, you acknowledge that you have the ability to access and print your Kelly ePaystub.
• If you encounter a problem getting to your Kelly ePaystub or you choose to decline from the program, you can go back to receiving paper paystubs by notifying us via a toll-free number, available 24 hours a day Monday - Friday

Please have one of your paper paystubs with you when registering as you will need to provide the ALT ID number that can be found in the upper right hand corner of your paystub.
